18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

Statement of non-production

This website is a video aggregation and indexing service. Its function is limited to:

• Indexing publicly available video embed codes published by third-party video platforms;
• Displaying those videos through embedded players served by the originating platform;
• Organising listings by category, title, and popularity.

We do not create, commission, film, photograph, produce, or store any sexually explicit visual depiction. No image or video file is hosted on our own servers. When a visitor plays a video, the media stream is delivered directly from the third-party platform that originally published it.

Because we are not a producer of any depicted content, we are not the custodian of the records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, and we do not hold performer age-verification documentation for third-party content.

Where the required records are held

Under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A, the duty to create and maintain records of the ages of performers rests with the producer of the original content. For every video indexed here, that producer is the third-party platform or studio that published it.

If you need to inspect the records for a specific video, the responsible party is the platform shown in the video's player frame. Records requests should be directed to that platform.

Primary source platform

The majority of videos indexed here are embedded from XNXX (xnxx.com), which publishes its own content policies and custody statements and is the party responsible for the records relating to content it publishes. A smaller number of videos are embedded from other independent video hosts; the originating host is identifiable in the player frame of that video page.

Where a content owner notifies us that material was published without the required records, we remove the index entry on request — see our DMCA & Content Removal page.

What we do assert

Although we do not hold performer records, the following statements are true of this website:

• We do not knowingly index, link to, or embed any content that depicts a person under 18 years of age.
• We do not index content that depicts or implies incest, non-consensual sexual activity, bestiality, or sexual violence. Such content is excluded from our index and removed when reported.
• We act on every credible report of underage content within 24 hours, and we preserve the report for law-enforcement referral where appropriate.
• We do not use the § 2257 exemption to imply that we have verified any performer's age ourselves. We have not, and we do not claim to have.
